HOURLY RATE
1. Hourly Labor Rate starts at $65.00
2. Heavy Equipment (Gas / Diesel) plus $40.00-$100.00 an hour
3. Additional manpower $40.00 an hour, minimum 4 hours.
ALL MATERIALS SHALL BE PAID IN ADVANCED, & DELIVERED TO YOU. UNLESS ARRAIGNMENT MADE. THIS RULE PROTECTS YOU AND I.
* We set job rates either hourly or by a set price. With the fluctuations in materials we try to purchase ahead of time to ensure there are no price adjustments.
In 2000 (age 30), I had a vision "OnAWhim". It was designed to help others living around us with all different types of residential construction repairs needed. As a good neighbor I at no cost would help all. I began researching wholesale prices so anyone could afford the "I Wants", in attempt for equality.
These humanitarian traits are what brought the Lee Team together. Through the years I saw a greater need at a larger scale, as we were meeting people refinance their mortgages (P/T I was Mortgage Loan Closer as Notary in CT).
In 2007 I retired from LE as a full time professional, and decided to go back to where the Lee's came from, Southeastern part of the USA. We relocated to Chapin South Carolina, after we settled it began as always. Someone needed a hand to fix XYZ, through Word of Mouth more people learned about the services I could offer, and I observed the happiness it would bring to so many.
As being from the Northeast, many were skeptical, because who provides anything without a large monetary gain? I truly believe this would have been alot easier, as it goes with along with Southern Hospitality (I was wrong you know why).
Through word of mouth, seeing Lee OnAWhim LLC being formed, some tried us, and they keep coming back. WE ARE NOT PERFECT, this is OUR human trait, but I can ensure you I take responsibility for my actions, and others.
The difference is having confidence. We live our lives the same way everyday.
All I ask for - Honesty, and Respect in return. Pay ahead for the material outlay, if a problem in your finances, be upfront. I can work on labor costs, not material items.
